CU 1200 is a pleasing gold-coloured copper-paste containing soft metals. It prevents threaded fasteners from seizing and is effective at high temperatures up to +1200°C and under corrosive conditions.

CU 1200 acts as a non-melt grease for slow heavy-duty mechanisms at permanent temperature up to 160°C. It also remains effective at temporary higher temperatures .

After immediate evaporation of the solvent an extremely adhesive, transparent film stays, which exhibits good high pressure and high temperature properties. Water- and weather-proof.

Durable lubrication is guaranteed also in constant contact with water. The lubricating of inaccessible parts is ensured by optimal creep properties. Lubex shows a good long-term effect and corrosion protection.

synthetic sliding agent and lubricant

Slidex is a clear-liquid, synthetic sliding agent  and lubricant with excellent creep properties. It offers best corrosion protection for metals. Owing to the high electrical resistance Slidex suppresses spread electricity and leakage current. It does not contain silicone, wax, graphite or petroderivatives. It is used successfully in the entire metal and woodworking branch. In woodworking Slidex removes fresh resin and protects with sustained effect against build-up of resin. Slidex is oil-free, thus ensures over-staining and over-painting of wood. Slidex has proved successful also as parting agent in plastic-processing.

Silikon-Spray is a sliding and parting agent and is suitable for use on all surfaces such as metal, plastic, rubber, fabric, wood and leather. Alu-Zink

Zinc-rich fluid for cold galvanizing, provides excellent corrosion protection.

Useable for exhaust systems, heat exchangers, lubricant coolers and other components subjected to high temperatures. Alu Zink is also suitable for the retreatment of hot-dip galvanized surfaces and for car repair, i.e. applied as undercoat on all kinds of body components. Only for use on metallic, totally degreased and barely abraded surfaces.

Shake well before use. Spraying distance 20 – 30 cm. After use turn can upside down and spray to clear nozzle

Galva-Zink

Galva-Zink is a zinc rich coating for the active cathodic corrosion protection. Recommended for reworking weld-seams and faulty spots on hot-dip galvanized zinc layers. Air-dry in 5 to 7 minutes, handling dry in 20 – 30 minutes, fully dried after 24 hours.Over-paintable after 15 – 30 minutes with any synthetic paint. Only for use on metallic, totally degreased and barely abraded surfaces.

Neoval Rustguard

Neoval Rustguard contains high grade additives that forms  - after fast evaporation of the carrier substance - a dry waxy protective film on metal surfaces. This film displaces and seals out water and does not tie down dust. The structure of Rustguard makes its removal unnecessary before painting or galvanizing machine components, plates and profiles.

Kontrolit

Non-polluting, aqueous fluid for the fast and casual finding of leakages at pressure vessels, gas lines, water pipelines, valves, brake assemblies and at compressed air systems. It is non-greasing and protects against corrosion. Kontrolit does not react with gases or refrigerants. It is both suitable for combustible gases and for oxygen.

KVF-60 with 45% solids content gives excellent corrosion protection for all exposed areas in car bodies and metal assemblies, such as cavities, edges, lock seams and surfaces. Excellent adhesion to metal surfaces. Displaces and seals out moisture.

KV-F60 does not embrittle, does not drop after, even at high ambient temperatures. Will not generate hair cracks.

Apply KV-F60 with aerosol-can, pressure cup spray gun or airless spray unit.
